Grande Cay is a community within Gulf Harbour.  It is comprised of 114 condo units, that consist of both first and second story homes.  It is governed by a Condominium Association.  The association has an elected Board of Directors.  The members of the Board volunteer their time and efforts, and work with a management company to oversee the daily operation of the community, manage finances, listen to complaints and recommendations from homeowner's for improvement, and in general work for the betterment of our community.
